The bow measures 4x5 in and has an elastic attached to the back and can stretch to fit different size handles. To attached, gently slide onto lightstick handle. Please do not pull on the bow when attaching or removing. 

Silicone stopper band included with purchase to provide more bow security, especially with lightsticks with tapered handles. Just slide the silicone stopper underneath the bow on the handle of the lightstick.
