-Each item is made to order, so returns and refunds are not applicable.
Returned Mail Policy
-If you package is returned to me due to incorrect address, repayment of shipping fee will be required for me to resend it to you.
Lost Mail Policy
-Dreams In Kpop is not responsible for any lost mail. By making a purchase, you acknowledge the risk of mail getting lost. Once your order has been shipped it is no longer my responsibility and I am not able to provide a refund if your order is lost.
Do you ship internationally?
-Currently international shipping is only available on apparel items, as they are shipped out through the manufacture directly.

Any problems with your order? (Missing/incorrect item)
-Please contact me at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order with a picture or video of your package to make a missing item claim.
